Well, they toured with SoP songs before that album came out, and look what it did to their sales.  So, it's definitely in their history to tour and promote an album before it's released.  And, honestly, I think it's good marketing because you make all the fans salivate for "that song we heard at the concert!"

Isn't the CD coming out in the late fall, closer to Christmas? I agree with Cat. Many bands tour before the new CD to "test" new songs and then again after to promote it.

KENNY!! Yes, they are coming around where i live the 30th for a halloween thing too, but it isn't on their website OR mentioned on twitter. I found out from a flyer.
But I can't go!! It breaks my heart and hurts my soul, but I don't have enough moola to pay that much and only really care about seeing them. I'm sure it'll be AH-MAZING though. Have so much fun! Perhaps get some more kick ass videos?

That sucks that you can't go and see them. Sad

I will always bring my camera to shoot some kick ass videos of Shiny Toy Guns. They might play a new song and I want to be the first person to catch it.

So I found out TODAY that they are playing at a private show in San Francisco tomorrow (the 9th). I'm unbearably crushed that it's private and I can't buy a ticket!!!

Aww. Sad You need connections like Nate. I'm sure they'll be back soon once they actually start touring again! And they visit the coasts way more than the middle of the country, so you'll surely see them again soon. Smiley
