Shiny dreams

I had a dream about a month ago that they had a huge party in a mansion they owned, in LA - or that general area. It was huge and majestic. I just remember being in the mansion. Thats all though.

I have to say this is one of the most entertaining threads I have read on here in a WHILE.  So cool..... Kind of like we all have our own alternate Shiny universe....

I had a dream about STG.... only one, unfortunately in 4 years, but hey... I rarely dream of REAL people.

I was staying in a hotel on a trip somewhere, and I was really depressed.  I think it was because whoever I was supposed to be traveling with had ditched me and I was spending the evening alone.  Anyway, I am down in the hotel restaurant, nibbling on something when Mikey and Jeremy come in across the room.  I could see they were picking up drinks (like a case of bottled water or something like that) to take with them.  I kind of raised my eyebrows, like OH MY GOD, Shiny Toy Guns is here?!!!

Anyway, Mikey sees me and waves hello.  He asks what I am up to, and when I say absolutely nothing, he asks if I want to come sit in on their practice (as if they need it!!!).  Of course, I agree.

We go into this ... I guess it was a ballroom or banquet room, because it was still in the hotel.  It was set up with a stage, but Mikey's drum set was on the floor in front of the stage.  Anyway, the next thing I remember is I am sitting on a picnic blanket on the floor with Chad and Jeremy while Mikey is playing the drums.  We're drinking bottled water, and laughing it up, having a good time.  Every few minutes Mikey chimes in with something to say or some crack that makes us all giggle.

Then I woke up.

I had a dream about the Shinies today during my nap.

I went to a show and watched them perform, only they didn't look like themselves. Well, Jeremy looked like himself, but Chad was a tall skinny blonde kid. Sisely and Mikey were there, but I never actually saw them consciously. So after the show, I got hang out with them and we were just chillin and I was chatting with Jeremy and Chad was acting like a little kid at Christmas (seriously, it was like he was only Chad in name and singing voice) and totally into me. But because he was un-chad-like I was not into him.

When I finally had to leave, Jeremy gave me a hug and then Chad gave me this long tight hug saying how nice it was to see me and he hopes to see me again. But it was so weird because it was NOT CHAD. I made a hasty retreat, needless to say.

It was a pleasant dream when Jeremy was there because he was himself and nice and definitely him. But when the not-chad was in it, it was like a nightmare or something. *shudder*

Oh no, Alli... That non-Chad does not sound nice at all. I'm nowhere close to your level of devotion to all that is Chad, but I'd definitely be weirded out if I had a dream like this. I hope Chad is restored in your next dream.

Well...this isn't exactly a dream about STG, but I did dream about listening to their music in a really beautiful outdoor space. It was sunny and looked like spring. I don't remember much else, but I know I was quite happy in that place. It's the most pleasant dream I've had in a while.

Another dream. This one is just as strange as the others.

I was in a concert venue which had three sides of the stage open for the fans. I thought this was a little weird, but I happily walked across the empty room and had a little pre-concert conversation with Chad. I have no clue what we talked about, but there was laughter and smiles, so it must've been good.

Skip forward to the concert and the room is packed. I chose to stand left of the stage where I had a really good view of Sisely. Around the time they played Rocketship 2010 a new person appeared in my dream: Annie, a character from the new 90210 (odd, since I don't watch the show, but it was on in the background last night). She just found out her boyfriend is a lying drug dealer, so she wasn't enjoying the concert at all.

We talked to Sisely after the show, hoping to cheer Annie up. Sis was really kind and understanding about her situation, so she suggested that we take some pictures together and produced an old-fashioned camera. It worked, Annie was cheered up...and then a little boy joined our pictures (which was so odd).

In the end it was just me again. I was feeling upset that I forgot my own digital camera, so I didn't get any shots during the concert, and I didn't bring a CD to get signed.

A little odd, no?

STG has been in my dreams for 2 of the past 3 nights!  first one featured mostly sisely and last night's was more of the whole band.  can't even begin to explain the storylines, but all i can say is it's been WAY too long since i've seen them in person!  almost a whole year.

Okay, I had my first Shiny dream in a LONG time last night...

My sister and I were going to a concert that was going to be held in a school.  I think it was some public elementary school, which makes no sense to me.  The actual show was going to be in a classroom, and it wasn't even that big.  When we got there, we were one of the first people in the door, and we looked around for where was the best place to stand, since the band equipment hadn't even been brought in yet.  The school desks and everything were still in the room!  I kept thinking they would set up in the front by the chalkboard, but I guess they didn't, because the dream skipped to the beginning of the show, and Mikey's drum set was at the back of the room, while Chad and Sisely were in the front of the room.  I didn't see where Jeremy had the keys set up at.  The room was SO dark, it was hard to see anything, and they didn't have neat concert lighting or anything.  My sister and I stood RIGHT by Mikey's drum set, and it was in between songs, and he was being cheesy and making faces at us while he was waiting.  Then the dream skipped to another song, and I remember I had my camera out and was taking pictures.  I said, "Alli will kill me if I don't take at least 100 Chad pictures.  She's crazy about him!"  And then it was another song break, and my sister was teasing Mikey about some shoes he had worn to a previous show.  He was like, "You got a better suggestion?" And she took off her pink pumps and gave him one, and he put it on !!  Then he was sharing some of the food we'd brought.  We had chicken and fries, I think.  I remember it was such a blast!  But Mikey's fiance was standing only a few feet away, and she didn't think it was so cool.

I spoke to Lash on our last party on how I blackout when I sleep. I woke up at 2:30am because my dog is not feeling well and she made a sound. The time I usually wake up is around 5:30 in the morning. Anyway, Shiny Toy Guns had just finished a live performance at a late night show in Los Angeles. I do not know how I got backstage but I was there to see the band. I do not know where was Chad, Sisely, or Mike but Jeremy was there talking and signing autographs to the fans. I am a very quite and very shy person and my tongue was tangle because I was nervous. Then I just blurred out to Jeremy if he wanted to hang out at my place because I live very close to the late night show. He said yes and a few shiny fans went to my place and eat pizza and hear some music. I was trying to say Jeremy if he saw the recent video on Carah's comments why she "left the band". For some reason, he was aviod the question or I was not saying the right question. And before you know it, my alarm rang at 5:30 in the morning. I said outload, "darn it". Waking my family.

i woke up so sad this morning!  i was dreaming that chad and jeremy were at my house in the morning and they were playing a show that afternoon.  i had asked them if i could ride over with them and watch from backstage, they said sure.  so i was really excited and then i woke up.
